Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive your order! Depending on demand(high order volumes), current sales, and holiday season orders may be delayed a few more days than normal!
All orders take 2-3 days to process PRIOR TO SHIPPING depending on demand. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order over the weekend your order processing time starts the following Monday-Tuesday. International orders will be processed during the same time .

Customs and Import Taxes Additional Fees & Taxes for International Orders (Outside the USA).
Tresses Unleashed LLC is a USA based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties or any additional fees charged by local economies. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Tresses Unleashed LLC is not responsible for Country Import fees or any delays due to customs.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed. If you live in an apartment, have a suite, and etc please be sure to provide that specific information on the shipping information page so it can be delivered to the correct address. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our company. If Tresses Unleashed LLC reships your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost/Missing Deliveries
If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us.
If your domestic, USA delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more(not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at contact@tressesunleashed.com so that we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you.
If your International delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 30 days or more please email contact@tressesunleashed.com so that we can submit a claim to replace your order.
Damaged Deliveries
We only replace items if they are damaged during transit (shipping). If you have received your items damaged you have 7 days from delivery to inform us and request a replacement. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged item(s), send us an email at contact@tressesunleashed.com. We will notify you when we have sent your replacement items.
Inaccurate Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses. Tresses Unleashed LLC will not be responsible for any stolen packages. If you do not feel comfortable with the shipping carrier leaving your package at your door, we have signature confirmation shipping rates available (OPTION TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE).
