Unfortunately, once your order ships all sales are final due to the nature of our product.

Order Cancellations 

We will cancel your order and refund you for your purchase as long as your order has not been shipped. Please send us an email at contact@tressesunleashed.com

NOTE: If your shipping status states that your shipping label has been created it is too late to receive a refund. USPS and/or other carries can take hours to scan in the package they already have in their possession.
