Who owns this company, is it affiliated with any other hair care brands?

Tresses Unleashed LLC is a black owned business, the CEO's name is Sharelle Flores. She is a wife, mother, and veteran. We are not affiliated with any other hair care companies.

What makes your hair products different from other hair care companies?

Our mission is to provide you with the best herbal and botanical hair care products. We are a hands-on company, we infuse, formulate, bottle and label our own products.

We use naturally derived and organic ingredients.

No parabens, No sulfates, No phthalates, or other harmful chemicals.

For example we have formulated a potent herbal oil that is all natural, that we infuse ourselves. It contains pure organic oils, infused with natural and certified organic herbs, pure MSM, and pure biotin. Our main focus is the QUALITY of our product.

How soon will I see hair growth results?

Most see visible results in 3-4 weeks, some as early as 2 weeks. Depending on your consistency and how often you are using the hair growth oil. Everyone's hair grows at different paces, so you may not get the same results as someone else in a certain amount of days.

How often should I use the hair growth oil?

For best results we suggest using 3-5 times a week. Can be used daily.

Can your hair growth oil be used on children?

Yes, we recommend that you use our hair growth oil on children over the age of 2 years old and do a 24-hour skin test before applying.

Can a woman use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

All though our products are natural, we do not make any medical claims therefore we highly recommended that you inquire with your physician in regards to pregnancy. Our ingredients are listed on our website which you can go over with your physician.

Can your hair care products be used on relaxed, permed or color treated hair?

Yes, our hair care products are made for all hair types.

If I have damaged hair can I still use your hair growth oil or other products?

Yes, our products contain naturally derived and organic ingredients. No parabens, No sulfates, No phthalates, or other harmful chemicals. We do recommend that you do a 24-hour skin test before applying.

Note: Our hair careproducts cannot undo damage that has already been done to your hair but it will stimulate and nourish healthy new hair growth.

Can a person suffering from severe alopecia or baldness use these products?

Yes, our products are created to nourish your scalp and hair follicles, with naturally derived and organic ingredients. No parabens, No sulfates, No phthalates, or other harmful chemicals. We do recommend that you do a 24-hour skin test before applying.

NOTE: If a hair follicle has been damaged, it’s not possible to restimulate it. At least, dermatologist and trichologist don’t yet know how to restimulate it. However, some new stem cell research and testing provides hope. A 2017 article found a new method of reactivating dead or damaged hair follicles. I do not have Paypal, how do I checkout?

If you click on the checkout or buy it now button you will proceed to entering your contact information, you will be then prompted to select the type of shipping you would like, and then you will come to a payment page where you will enter in your credit/debit card information.

How long will it take to receive my order after purchasing?

Please allow up to 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive your order. Depending on demand(high order volumes), current sales, and holiday season orders may be delayed a few more days than normal.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We will cancel your order and refund you for your purchase as long as your order has not been shipped. Please send us an email at contact@tressesunleashed.com

NOTE: If your shipping status states that your shipping label has been created it is too late to cancel your order a refund will not be given. USPS and/or other carriers can take hours to scan in the package they already have in their possession.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently only ship to Canada and United Kingdom.
Customs and Import Taxes Additional Fees & Taxes for International Orders (Outside the USA).
